Nexxen Enables First-Party E-Commerce Data Activation Through Shopify to its Unified Platform
Advertisers can now leverage their own purchase signals from Shopify across measurement and attribution workflows to drive more effective full-funnel campaigns
New York – September 17, 2026 – Nexxen, the advertising technology platform powered by unique data and media, today announced a new integration with the Shopify App Store, enabling advertisers to connect their own first-party e-commerce data to Nexxen’s unified platform.
The integration allows brands using Shopify-powered stores to connect their own purchase signals to power measurement and attribution across Nexxen’s demand-side platform (“DSP”), Nexxen DSP, with audience targeting capabilities planned for a future release.
As marketers continue prioritizing first-party data strategies, many still face challenges connecting disparate data sources and activating insights effectively across campaigns. By connecting their Shopify-powered store data to Nexxen’s platform, advertisers can unify commerce insights with media activation, creating a more measurable approach to campaign performance spanning the full funnel.
“Conversion signals are the difference between optimizing media for activity and optimizing it for outcomes,” said Stephanie DelReal, VP, Marketing Data Operations, Tinuiti. “Bringing Shopify conversion data into Nexxen gives advertisers the signals they need to make smarter decisions, optimize toward what actually matters and prove the value of their investment. This is a capability we see as increasingly essential to performance advertising.”
“Giving our advertisers a way to bring their own e-commerce data directly into our platform is a natural extension of what we’ve been building at Nexxen,” said Kara Puccinelli, Chief Commercial Officer, Nexxen. “Our data strategy has always been about connecting the signals that matter – from ACR data in smart TVs to purchase behavior in e-commerce – and unifying them so advertisers can act on the full picture, not a fragment of it. This capability does just that, closing the loop between media investment and measurable outcomes for brands.”
