Nexxen’s Chief Executive Officer, Ofer Druker, is a pioneer in the digital media space. Following a five-year run of mergers and acquisitions, he has shaped Nexxen’s identity to reflect its end-to-end offering with a distinct focus on video & CTV.
Having over two decades of industry experience, he joined Nexxen after co-founding Matomy Media Group, Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA).
Ofer joined the company in 2017 and is based in both New York, NY and Tel Aviv, ISRL.

Chance Johnson, Nexxen’s Chief Commercial Officer, is instrumental in driving company revenue and shaping our go-to-market strategy. His responsibilities include managing the Sales, Services, Marketing, Solutions and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless alignment across all verticals.
Dedicated to enhancing Nexxen’s strategic commercial partnerships across the industry, Chance leads the expansion of the enterprise business and facilitates connections with new customers through the company’s comprehensive technology stack. Notably, he led the company’s commercial efforts to integrate and unify multiple organizations under one brand, following a series of acquisitions.
With over 20 years of ad tech experience, Chance has held a variety of leadership roles in both the US and UK. Most recently, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Integral Ad Science, where he led the global Sales and Customer organizations. Prior to that, he held roles including Senior Vice President of Sales at Amobee and Global Vice President of Rubicon Project (now Magnite).

Steven Sottile, Nexxen’s Chief Revenue Officer, oversees Nexxen’s North America Center of Excellence. His responsibilities include managing Nexxen’s Holding Company relationships and overseeing the team of programmatic experts that drive Nexxen SSP’s supply path optimization (SPO) initiatives and private marketplace (PMP) sales.
Additionally, he manages Nexxen’s International Sales and US Private Marketplace business, which currently contributes a quarter of Nexxen’s net revenue.
With over 15 years of experience, Steven is well established in the advertising industry. Prior to joining Nexxen he spent his early career working with premium publishers on the supply side including Condé Nast, Reader’s Digest Association and Billboard.
Steven joined Nexxen in 2016 and is based in New York, NY.

His responsibilities include identifying and securing new strategic business partnership opportunities, as well as overseeing Nexxen’s global exchange business, which includes collaboration with external stakeholders.
At Nexxen, Kenneth plays a pivotal role in advancing the growth of programmatic revenue. He frequently shares industry insights on behalf of the organization, participating in press opportunities and live speaking engagements.

Karim Rayes, Nexxen’s Chief Product Officer, plays a major part in shaping the company’s strategic vision and overseeing platform development. His cross-functional leadership extends to all product-adjacent teams, including Product Development, Product Marketing, Business Development, Research and Development (R&D) and Global Operations. Moreover, Karim collaborates closely with Nexxen’s Partnership team to foster strategic data and vendor partnerships.
At Nexxen, Karim is the driving force behind key programmatic TV technologies that fuel company growth and establishes Nexxen as a leader in CTV. He also has expertise in navigating M&A activities, having successfully integrated companies, driven cost synergies and fueled revenue growth and profitability.
With over 12 years of experience in digital media, Karim has made significant contributions to the industry while working at Nexxen. He previously held roles at Blinkx and Zango.

Kara is responsible for leading strategic holistic media solutions to exceed clients' business and marketing objectives. She plays a critical role in delivering Nexxen’s vision to create a sustainable advertising ecosystem through smarter technology.
Earlier in her career, Kara was the Head of Business Development of UBS within the Corporate Cash Investment Group, specializing in advisory and investment practices in the technology sector.
Kara joined Nexxen in 2014 and is based in Chicago, IL.

Kimberly works closely with executive leadership and teams across the company to build the systems, culture and people practices that help employees thrive while advancing Nexxen’s broader business objectives. She brings vast human resources experience across high-growth technology organizations, most recently serving as Chief Employee Experience Officer at Treasure Data, where she built the HR function from the ground up. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Adobe in a range of HR leadership roles, including an international assignment in Japan.

She has more than 16 years of experience, including 11 years at Mayer Brown LLP and most recently serving as General Counsel at Townsquare Media, Inc.
