Nexxen Solution Used: Nexxen TV Home Screen
Inventory: Home Screen Hero on Hisense TVs (Powered by V OS)
Brand objective: To help modernize the brand and connect with a new generation of consumers, Guinness (Diageo), in partnership with PHD EMEA and Nexxen, executed its first-ever CTV home screen campaign and the first campaign of its kind bought programmatically via The Trade Desk DSP. The goal was simple: own the largest screen in the home at the moment of TV turn-on and deliver a high-impact brand experience across Ireland and Northern Ireland during a pivotal summer season.
The solution
By leveraging Nexxen’s V home screen inventory (powered by Hisense), Guinness captured viewers’ attention the moment they turned on their TV with an exclusive, high-impact placement. The result was strong audience engagement and interaction, proving the value of this first-to-market activation and laying the groundwork for expanded reach and future investment.

We wanted Guinness to show up in a way that felt fresh and impossible to miss. The TV home screen gave us a prominent moment as viewers turned on their TVs, while programmatic buying made it easy to bring the campaign to audiences across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Reaching more than 1.3 million impressions in our first campaign gives us a strong foundation to build on.
