  • File Size: <1 GB preferred
  • Frame Rate: 23.976 or 29.97 FPS
  • Video Bitrate: 10 Mbps or higher
  • Audio Bitrate: 128 Kbps @ 44.1kHz or higher

 

Brand Asset Pack

  • Brand guidelines
  • Logos (vector-based graphics preferred)

Artwork & Product Imagery

  • High-res layered Photoshop files preferred (PSD or PSB)
  • Other File Types: AI, EPS, GIF, JPG, PNG, TIF

*Vertical (9:16), square (1:1) and other aspect ratio videos can be accepted in select cases.

**If the brand video is not ready until closer to the launch date, production can move forward with placeholder videos. However, design is subject to change if elements conflict with the final video.

Additional Creative Direction

 In general, the more assets and creative direction delivered, the better. Optional deliverables that are helpful: 

  • Branded animations 
  • Websites or landing pages 
  • Other campaign collateral 

 

Best practice is to brainstorm ideas and align on creative direction during the kick-off call. If there’s a specific vision in mind, let us know! If not, our team can pull inspiration from existing brand materials to create seamless custom videos. 

Production Timeline

10-15 business days*

  • Production timeline begins from receipt of all client assets.
  • Allow 2-3 business days for revised mocks or demos per each feedback round.

*Timelines typically include kick-off call, asset collection, production time, feedback rounds, setup and launch. Because each campaign is unique, a custom timeline is provided once a concept is selected for production.

Production Process

Kick-off Call (KOC)

  • KOCs are always recommended for faster production timelines.

 

Phase 1: Assets & Creative Direction

  • All assets must be delivered before moving to the next phase.

 

Phase 2: Storyboard

  • Storyboard mocks must be client approved before moving to the next phase.

 

Phase 3: Animation & Build

  • Animated demos must be client approved before moving to the next phase.

 

Phase 4: Setup & Launch

Design Template

A Photoshop template is available if a client prefers to design the custom video concept. If opting for this route, the production process starts at Phase 3 (Animation & Build). The template can be provided upon request after kick-off calls.
