    • Desktop, Mobile, Tablet: 16:9 or 4:3
    • Connected TV: 16:9
  • Dimensions: 1920×1080 or 1280×720 preferred
  • File Type: .mp4
  • File Size:
    • Desktop, Mobile, Tablet: Up to 30 MB
    • Connected TV: Highest quality source file: Min. 5MB – Max 30 MB
  • Frame Rate: 23.976 FPS or 29.97 FPS
  • Video Bitrate: 800 – 1,024 kbps or higher
    • CTV Bitrate: Include multiple files at different bitrates, ranging from 1,000 – 5,000 kbps (additional bitrate versions also OK)
  • Audio Bitrate: 64k – 128k @ 44.1kHz or higher
  • Video Length: :6s/:15s/:30s (under :30s is recommended)
  • Codec: H.264
  • Streaming Protocols: HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) in the US and MPEG-DASH in the EU
  • De-Interlaced: Required (Progressive scan format)
  • VAST (VPAID not accepted on CTV)

Guidelines

  • Ads that auto-play audio are prohibited
    • Ads that auto-play video are OK, as long as the audio is muted
  • Adult-Oriented, Weapon, Tobacco, Dishonest Behavior, and Inappropriate Content will be disapproved
  • Ads that spawn popups or surveys are prohibited
  • All ads need to be SSL-compliant
  • CTV Controls include Play, Pause, Mute (volume control to zero (0) output may be included instead of or in addition to mute control)
  • VPAID is not accepted on CTV
